Judith has recently been in Buenos Aires to see and sketch Tango dancers in action. The ink paintings are approximately 40 x 30cm, 16" x 12"

While in Buenos Aires, Judith went to a Futol (soccer) game, and sketched the action. See the new drawings of soccer moves.
Judith had joined a small group for a fabulous discovery trip of Buenos Aires, ideal for independent spirits, who appreciate a knowledgable guide.
"I work from memory and sketches, both are points of departure to figure out what the dancers migth be doing, to analyse their forms and feel the spaces between them. With the process of painting, I both construct and swing my two tango dancers, adding a somewhat tactile experience to the real-life Tango."
